Billing infinate loop with AI chat support

Today after accessing wordpress.com my paid for site is not listed. I no longer have access to it. It also redirects me to MYDOMAIN/wp-login instead of /wordpress.com/DOMAIN/X
I have the WordPress.com Business Two year subscription which was purchased on Aug 27, 2023. That should be up in 2025
If I go to My Account > Purchases > Active Upgrades it states under status: “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact Support”.
This is odd. WordPress.com appears to not know I paid for a 2 year contract.
I would 100% love to contact support, however you have replaced support with an AI that thinks I’m not on a paid account. When invoking “connect me with a human” the fun AI helper states:
“It sounds like you want to talk to a human. Human support is only available for our paid plans. For community support, visit our forums:”
No emails, phone numbers or direct ways to contact WP support staff. I’m here now asking for attention of any WP Staff members. Please assist. Thank you in advance.
