  Another user used to pay WP for the domain we already own, how do I set it up, so I am the one now getting billed from WP?

  The owner of the site has to transfer the site and or upgrades to your account.

  Hi there,

  You can find the instructions for transferring a domain to another account here:

  Transfer a Domain to Another WordPress.com Account

  The user who owns the domain will need to do that first, before transferring the site itself. Transferring ownership of the site is not necessary if you only need to take over payment of the domain.
