The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades. Can you send a link to the site you upgraded? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a link to the site is the only information I need for now.

Okay, I can see a site redirect upgrade on that site, bought by the royportfoliowebsite account you replied as above.
Are you saying you want to cancel that upgrade? If you confirm here I’d be happy to refund that payment for you.

There’s no need to apologise :) I’ve cancelled the site redirect and issued a refund. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
