    Renewing domains

    I have been NEWLY appointed as administrator of the website unfcs.org registered throught WordPress.com. The person who registered the domain, last year, used his billing information… credit card.
    We would like to change the billing information because the previous administrator is not working anymore for our organisation. We have no extensions.

    Sadly I can not find the page where I can make the payment and modify the billing information. The domain name will expire in 11 days.

    How should I proceed ? Where can I find the price list for renewing the domain name ?

    I think you need help from the staff to transfer domain registration & other upgrades to another account

    I have flagged this for the staff to help

    To help the staff if the account that owns the upgrades can log into this thread and request the specific upgrades be moved from their account to yours – please have them be very clear and use small words – then the staff can make the move the first time

    Auxclass is correct in that the domain is registered under a different user account at the moment. Domains can only be renewed by the upgrade owner. So, we’ll need to have the currently owner of the upgrade submit a request to have it transferred to your account. Could you ask the owner of the domain to submit a request to help@wordpress.com from the email address currently listed on their account?

    Regarding the renewal price, that will be $26, which is $18 for the domain and registration and $8 for the private registration.
