billing information/unexplained billing/support troubles
-
Hello! I was billed by wordpress on 5th on August, for amount of 114 eur. I do not have a subscription on WP. I do have a site, which is connected to WP (tnk.si) through my website support Neoserv, but I am not subscribed to pro version of WP. Can you please explain me – what is this bill? (It is very difficult to get support on WordPress if you are not logged in, so I just registered form my primary gmail) Thank you. Maja
Site: tnk.si.
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there – I’m unable to find any purchases on the account you have created this forum topic through. Perhaps it’s another account?
At your next earliest convenience, visit the URL below and place the details of the charge there. Let us know what you find. Thanks!
-
I already tried this site “Why was I charged?” several times – but it keeps rejecting me (something went wrong..- there is red highlight on amount of money).
Yes, I think it is another account. I have site – TNK -, with url http://www.tnk.si and I use WP only for this site. So my user name would be tnk.
Please can you find out asp, because I have to cancel the card if somebody else charged me on behalf of WP name. Thank you.

Hello there,
http://www.tnk.si/ isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, instead it looks to be with: neoserv.si
It’s possible the charge you see is for hosting on their servers.
I hope this helps.
-
Yes, the site t is hosted by neoserv.si. I already checked with them – it is not their charge for hosting or any other of their services. On Visa card message it is written [redacted by staff]
My use of WordPress is through their service though – I enter their hosting site, than I go to Cpanel, under Software I choose WP and I log in with user name tnk – that is the only connection that I have with WP, so the charge has to be somehow connected to that usage. (The other option is that somebody used the name WP, hoppefully not.)
Thank you for help. -
Hi Maja,
The charge you’re referring to was a renewal of Premium plan and domain teaternakonfini.com. Does that ring any bells?
While we may still be able to cancel and refund the price of the plan, it’s not possible to do the same with the domain. There’s only 96h to refund those.
I’d also suggest regaining access to the account, so you can manage your subscriptions and cancel any unwanted services. For that, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.
The first string of digits and letters you shared with us here is all you need to paste into the form; the other number is probably what gave the error on wpchrg site.
Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

YES! Thank you very much!
But I paid this two years ago – so I kept on paying the subscription?
Of course I would like to cancel everything if possible, I have another page for the company now. I very am sorry I cannot cancel the domain also.
I filled out Account Recovery form. What to do next? -
Hello there,
It looks like a support request is now open and you’ve been sent an email with next steps.
It’s best to follow those and reply back via that email.
Please be sure to check any spam inboxes that may be in place.
Many thanks.

Ok, I turned off Auto-renew.
I would be very glad if you can cancel and refund the price of the plan. Thank you very much for your help! -
Hello @nakonfini,
Is this related to the above thread? To confirm, please let us know which URL you’re needing assistance with.
Just checking as we may need to re-open this in a new thread to avoid confusion.
Many thanks.

Hello there,
Ok many thanks – if you’ve received the email we’ve sent, please respond via that email to lead to a resolve.
Many thanks.

Hello again.
I was waiting for the mail and I didn’t receive it. Did you menage to to cancel and refund the price of the plan?
Thank you. -
Hi there!
Yes, we did cancel and refund your plan.
The domain is set to expire next year.As for the email, have you checked your Spam/Junk folders? Our team has replied to you on September 2.

Thinking about it, though, you have probably seen that email since you were able to recover access to your account.
If you’d like to cancel your domain directly, you’ll need to reaccess the correct account and remove it from there.
