I cannot access the account as it SAYS the email and or account does not exist. The renewal date for enpointeacademy.com is April & yet I was charged on 13th March 2021 – I must CANCEL this charge & ask for a refund. The enpointeballetacademy,com business failed during COVID and no longer exists. I have tried to manage , recover and fix this however I am thwarted at every turn … please cancel the renewal – refund the money so I can move on,
I have spent hours being pushed around in circles through forums, forms and getting no where trying to fix this and or contact you to get a clear and easy resolution
