Im not sure how to contact an actual person for a response. I am being told to update my billing information of I risk losing my domain, but It also says I have a free account. I pay for my domain through another website provider. Can you please clarify if or why I need to still update this information?

Hi there!
I checked your account and found that you still have a Domain Connection subscription on your WordPress.com site for yogawithstacey.ca. I noticed that the domain isn’t actually pointing to your WordPress.com site, so you aren’t actively using this subscription.
This means if you aren’t planning to move to WordPress.com, you can let the Domain Connection expire. This will not affect the domain registered elsewhere.
I’ve turned off its auto-renewal for you, and if you want, you can remove it right away at this link.
