    Dear team,

    I registered for a free account but have received a could invoices. I’m puzzled especially as mentioned above. Am I missing something, please?

    I’d appreciate an explanation as to why this is so

    There is no history of charges under this account – I’m not sure if the invoices are connected to WordPress.com. Have you incurred charges on your bank statement?

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
