Billing is not displaying my creator subscription

Hello! I have scoured the resources… I have been paying for annual creator subscriptions, and wanted to review my current plans. I know I have a business account because I also have woocommerce and elementor pro (which I can only have with upgraded plans). However, reviewing my wordpress billing information I can’t find anything from after 2022…. it’s totally perplexed me! No active subscriptions (I’m also sure that I’m paying Jetpack monthly and it’s not showing anything about that either) and wordpress dashboard under plans notes that I have a free account (which doesn’t make sense at all). I’m super confused about what’s happening here.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your WordPress.com account, it appears that you had subscribed to a Jetpack Backup (Daily) monthly plan until your last payment in July 2022. Since then, there have been no other active purchases.

To avoid confusion, it’s important to understand the distinctions between three versions of “WordPress”:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software to use on your chosen hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you’re currently using.

Upon checking the domain information for jenniferrapkins.com, it seems that the domain is registered elsewhere, and the domain nameservers are directing to a Siteground-hosted site. It’s worth noting that WordPress.com and Siteground are different hosting providers, so it’s likely that you’ve been paying Siteground for your hosting services.

You see your WordPress site within your WordPress.com dashboard because you connected your site to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin. However, this connection only enables you to manage certain aspects of your site from the dashboard and does not provide hosting or backup services for your site. Additionally, any billing information from another hosting provider would not be visible under your WordPress.com account.

I hope this clears up any confusion! Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
