Billing issue

WordPress have debited £70.00 from my bank account which I didn’t authorise. I signed up for the free trial of WP Premium so I had to enter bank details, but I cancelled the trial, yet WP have still charged me £70.
My username is gozzer84. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). It has been debited from my Lloyds bank account. Can you help me arrange a refund please?

Did you receive an emailed receipt from us? If so, which blog URL did it mention?

No I didn’t receive a receipt or anything. I signed up for the free trial, cancelled it and the next thing I know I’ve been debited £70 from my bank account.
I can provide my bank statement as proof if required? I need to get this money back asap please.

Do you recognize that blog? If so, just log in (it’s not under your gozzer84 account) and you can cancel and refund the upgrade under the Store section of the blog’s Dashboard.
