    You purchased https://lov4beauti.com/ from Godaddy
    lov4beauti.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
    Hosting provider: GoDaddy.com
    WHOIS: Click Here
    IP Address: 184.168.221.33
    Name Servers:
    ns38.domaincontrol.com
    ns37.domaincontrol.com

If you want to use that domain to map to from http://lov4beautidotcom.wordpress.com/ then you need and upgrade. WordPress.COM hosting is free of charge.

See here: Important Notes Before Upgrading
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading

NOTE: WordPress.COM blogs do not have permanent IP addresses. IP addresses here can and do can change over time and your domain may stop working if you rely on them. For more information about domain mapping and IP addresses please read https://en.support.wordpress.com/ip-addresses/

    re: mapping an existing domain
All wordpress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com subdomains.
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible.

If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and can be separately purchased, or a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium and Business upgrade bundles. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it, and also renew the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.

In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL. If you do not register a .wordpress.com blog URL first then the software supplies the dot whatever URL so you can proceed with your domain mapping purchase.

    See https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

Your only options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

  • I am not seeing any purchased WordPress.com upgrades associated with the user account you are posting from.

As has been noted, if you would like to use your GoDaddy registered domain with your WordPress.com account you will need to purchase the Domain Mapping upgrade.
