Billing issue

I’m seeing a charge on my credit card from wordpress.com even though I’ve cancelled my premium upgrade the same day I purchased it. This purchase and subsequent cancellation happened some months ago and I’m just now seeing it on my bill.
Any help resolving this is greatly appreciated.

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

I see that you purchased WordPress.com Premium on 8/27/16 and then cancelled the upgrade the same day. Doing this automatically triggered a refund. Our records show that there was an $86 refund processed.
Please enter the charge details into https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
Typically, refunds only take about 7 business days to post back into your account. If you have not received these funds I recommend getting in touch with your bank to inquire about any delays.
