This should not have been billed via PayPal account.
That PayPal account does not belong to this.

This should not have been billed via PayPal account.
That PayPal account does not belong to this.Your account shows the Site Redirect for 1champagneclub.wordpress.com auto renewed on 30th November 2017. When you disputed the payment, PayPal issued a chargeback against us (which are used for fraud prevention):
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and the site is locked until you either pay a chargeback fee or cancel the dispute. Once you’ve done so, your account returns to normal. If the dispute was made in error please try to cancel it through the PayPal Resolution Centre.
