Billing Issue

I paid $270 and have a receipt (receipt ID#: 29103139) last month for the business plan for the entire year and it wanted me to pay another $300 today, which I did and then remembered I already paid and cancelled it. What is going on? Both charges show up in my billing history for the ‘business’ plan.

Looks like you purchased the Business plan for an additional year and then canceled it and issued a refund.
Since you had previously purchased the Business plan I went ahead and restored it back to your account.
