Billing Issue

I had a website in 2015. My billing history on your website shows 0. Your website shows that I do not have any saved credit cards. I have a receipt from 2015 that was emailed to me by your company.
I just received a $99 bill on a different credit card and did not receive a receipt.
When I look it up on your website – it says ‘Found It’ but not way to call and dispute or get additional information. Why should I have to post in a forum. This is a private matter. Very poor customer service. -

It appears that the charge is not associated with the WordPress.com account that you are contacting us from, but rather a different WordPress.com account. Do you know the URL of the site that you were charged for?
