  We are trying to launch. ‘Billing issue’ redcrosssw
  can you please help? we have a receipt and believe we already paid?
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) is on the account and is my email for a reply.

  I don’t see any issues under your account here, and no issues with https://redcrossaznm.wordpress.com/ either.

  We also have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
