Billing issue

    Hi, we have canceled domain registration and mapping many years ago, but have found out recently that wordpress.com has still been charging.

    What is even stranger is we can’t find any billing history related to the domain we register (xxxhiddenxx.com) in this account, as well as the yearly charge.

    Did you actually meant the domain xxxhiddenxx.com? This domain is not registered so we wouldn’t charge you for it.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
