  Hi, this employee hasn’t worked here in almost a year, and we did not know that he didn’t close this account, with which my credit card was associated. How can we remove this charge? I cannot see any way to contact support directly.

  No worries. Since you have the charge details you can regain access to the account and close things down. Just submit those details to us through https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
