Billing issue

  I canceled my business plan upgrade 2 hours after buying it, but my refund did not include the sales tax of $18. This seems unfair. Any advice?

  Hi there,

  The $18 is not sales tax. That is the cost of the domain included in your plan, wildernesscommunity.org, which you did not cancel when you cancelled the plan.

  Our logs show you only cancelled the domain around seven minutes later, at which point we also processed a refund for the domain cost.

  You can see refund receipts for the total amount you paid in your account’s billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
