Can you provide more details on what you need help with? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us, and private support is only available to sites with paid upgrades.
I can see you bought a Business Plan from us, but you cancelled that and we processed your refund on 19 November. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:
