  Hi there,

  I once had a website with the address wearetheconscioustraveller.com which was deleted months ago. Yet I was billed $96.00 for this website I no longer have. It isn’t in my billing history on WordPress, however it has been taken from my Paypal account.

  I would like a refund for this money as I did’t renew anything and I don’t have a website to pay for. I can provide screenshots as proof.

  Hi! It looks some content was deleted, but the site itself was not deleted and the upgrades were not cancelled. It’s still there, just somewhat empty.

  We can help, though! We just need you to be logged into the right account (and the fact that you’re logged into a different account explains why it’s not showing up as a purchase).

  So can you first log out and log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders, then contact us again here or at https://wordpress.com/help/contact ?
