  Where can I find a direct support email from wordpress.org, I have some billing issues and need to talk to them. Can someone enlighten?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there:

  WordPress.org is an open-source project – they’re also not hosting providers nor do they provide any paid upgrades.

  Pulling up the ticket you submitted to support two days ago, it looks like you were given the wrong information.

  If you enter the charge details provided at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  Once you enter that, you should have an option to contact support and they will be better able to help you with this.
