Billing Issue

  I have been billed repeatedly each month and the payee says Akismet. I logged in to my account but don’t see anything under billing.

  I’m trying to figure out why I’m being billed. I need to stop the billing when possible. I don’t see any billing history under this account but I don’t recall having another Akismet/Wordpress account so I don’t believe I should be billed.

  Hi there!

  I checked your account, and I don’t see any subscriptions either. This means you have a different WordPress.com account where you have active subscriptions on.

  Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter details of the most recent charge. This will look up the payment in our system and allow you to send our billing team an email. We’ll then get back to you to help you log into the correct account or cancel the subscription.
