Wordpress continues to auto bill me annually fr an account THEY cancelled years ago. My email address has changed since then and I am unable to contact them.

Since it sounds like your previous account is still set to auto-renew, we’ll need a bit of billing info to locate it and stop future charges. Here’s what to do next:
- Please locate a recent billing receipt and copy the Transaction ID (TXN ID) from it.
- You can find instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id
- Once you have the ID, email us at help@wordpress.com from your current email — this lets us securely verify and access billing details.
- After we receive your email with the TXN ID, we’ll take the necessary steps to cancel the renewal and review refund eligibility, if applicable.
