Billing Issue

I can’t seem to find any place where I can contact wordpress in regards to a billing issue.
I have a site that is due for renewal on April 31, yet today March 31, my paypal and ergo my bank account was subject to the removal of $99 on part of wordpress.
I don’t want to renew it and want a refund. This money comming out has caused A LOT of problems and I need it rectified fast.
Can any one please point me in the right direction, I need that money for bills.

Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Takes something like 7 to 14 days for the funds to credit back to your account if my memory is correct
With Auto Renew enabled the upgrades are renewed 30 days before they expire (you still get your full year of the upgrade) – the 30 days is in case something happens with the renewal, you have time to fix the issue (such as an expired credit card (I had a change of card numbers one year) ) – so there will not be a break in service of an upgrade, or in the case of a domain name, the domain name has a short grace period before the Registrar charges an $ 80.- redemption fee to get the name back)

Hi there,
I see that the transaction was voided! Just a heads up we do auto-renewals one month in advance in case there are any issues with the credit card itself or the bank. This is just a pre-caution as losing a domain can be a very difficult and costly process to get back.
You can still renew this by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard if you want to keep your domain.
