Billing issue charged me 96 instead of 8 monthly

    I wanted to buy a monthly billed membership it charged me 96 dollars when I was supposed top be billed 8 per month. Can you please set it to bill me for 8 per month.

    Hi there, all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are paid in full at check out. There is no monthly billing available. You may have noticed that on the plans page it says "$8/month - billed annually."

    You can cancel any upgrade plan within the first 30 days after purchase, the exception being if you register a new custom domain, which needs to be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Here’s more about the refund policy: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
