Billing issue – customers are having trouble checking out

    Hi there,

    We are getting several complaints from customers saying they can’t checkout properly and that it is coming up with ‘ :( Billing is a required field’. What does this mean? Can someone help me urgently please. Our website is http://www.journeymandesigns.com.au

If you are using an ecommerce plugin, you’ll want to find that plugin author’s forum at https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or contact the plugin author directly on their site.     Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites.
