billing issue – in Indonesia but business is in america

I already tried to upgrade but was disenabled from paying I believe because my USA information did not match with the IP address code of Indonesia. So I created a new free wordpress and want to upgrade this one. I cannot chat with wordpress becuase I have not upgraded. Catch-22. I don’t want to have the same thing happen. Plans are coming up in Indonesian Rupiah prices. Please help. Thank you.

First, which is the correct account that you want to use? Is it this one?
This one does seem to have a billing problem. Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve that type of problem, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
And if you actually needed help with your other account, can you log in as that user and update us here?
