    I am working with a team and have less then ideal knowledge of the situation.
    We paid hundreds of dollars and have no receipt, I gave up on trying a two weeks ago. It is my understanding that we need to pay to customize our blog site? Unclear what level of product we have. There is no record of a transaction within our account settings. We have been charged by the credit card company.
    If we cancel with WordPress can we get a refund? Confused and frustrated.

    Good afternoon. I am the Blog Manager for my Regional American Red Cross. This current situation is now getting out of hand. It has been over 4 weeks since we paid $225 for a Blog Theme. We are currently posting stories on a FREE site with limited editing and graphics.

    Either WordPress fixes this payment problem or refund our annual payment and we will move on to another Blog web organization. It is now Wednesday, March 11th. We would like a resolved no later than Friday, March 13th.

    We will meet to make a decision to forward this to the BBB and to our local TV station.
