Billing issue / Premium — wp.com to wp.org

I paid for a premium plan through wp.com. I had not realized until a few weeks later that the features I would need are more suited to a WP.org solution.
I don’t want $99 to go to waste. As I have yet to use any features other than practicing/playing with a few basic themes. Can anyone please help me to see if I could transferring this purchase towards wp.org or by getting a complete refund. any suggestions? I thank you kindly.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

My credit card has been charged and I am unaware of the reason. Can someone please directly email me so that I can have this resolved.
