[Billing Issue] Refund not processed, and cannot access human support

Hi, I made three purchases on August 8, 2025. One of them ($105.60) has been successfully refunded, but the other two charges ($24.20 and $22.22) still show as “New Purchase” in my billing history.
I tried requesting a refund through support chat, but I was told that human support is only available for paid users. However, I originally paid for these services and now I’m unable to get any help.
This is quite urgent. I’d appreciate any guidance or help on how to get these refunds processed.

After checking your account, I can confirm that all the purchases you recently made were successfully canceled, and the refund was correctly requested and processed.
Once processed, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Just to provide further proof, here are the screenshots from my bank statement showing the charges and only partial refunds.
As you can see:
- ₩149,756 was charged, but only ₩34,341 was refunded.
- ₩31,557 was charged and fully refunded.
This confirms that part of the payment was never refunded.

After taking a closer look, I noticed that the refund was processed as a reversal, which means the original charge should just disappear from your bank statement instead of showing up as a separate refund. It may look like the charge was never made at all.
