  I was charged for a year plan after it was supposed to be cancelled. Can I get a refund?

  Hi there!

  It seems that you have disputed the charge but, since it was already resolved to our favor, and you’re still within the refund window, I went ahead and refunded the charges.

  You can check the details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  Hi, I noticed that I was charged for an annual subscription. Why am I being charged early? I would also like to cancel this since I never used it.
