It looks like you reported the most recent auto-renewal of the Business plan and the domain registration to your payment service provider as unauthorized/fraudulent. Because of this dispute, the related subscriptions were canceled.
To proceed, you’ll need to do one of the following:
1. Contact your payment service provider and cancel/close the dispute with this payment.
2. Within your WordPress.com account, go to this link and pay the chargeback fee. Then, you’ll need to upgrade the site to the Business plan and pay the fee of S$447.00 (since the original payment is disputed).You can learn more about chargebacks here: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

Dear Sir, kindly assist me with the reinstatement of my website for intelligence tuition hub for the amount $447. This amount has been charged to my new credit card by Amex. Previously it was disputed because this amount was auto deducted from my ex spouse supplementary credit card to me, who without my knowing disputed the charges.
Kindly pls out of goodwill to waive the charges for the previous unnecessarily inconvenience caused and help me.Regards
