I have set up a domain name through hostgator and have submitted payment. I was instructed to unlock my domain on my old wix account – or so, I thought. Now I see that this website is asking for another payment. I need help. Thank you

I have checked the WordPress.com account and see that you have added the Explorer plan and a couple of domain in the checkout. Are you referring to this?
