billing issues

On January 19th, I renewed my premium subscription. WordPress double billed me. I immediately tried to contact them as a double billing would overdraw my account. I was not able to. I tried to immediately cancel one of them. After two days (and a $25 overdraft fee at my bank) they refunded one of the $99 charges, however I still have one charge but my account says that I am the free plan. Of course because I am listed as only a free member, despite my billing history showing that I paid $99 and am good until January 2017, I can only access these public forums. I have searched everywhere for a way to contact a real life person. Any one able to help me out? Not only do they need to get my site back to the premium plan, I want wordpress to reimburse me for the $25 overdraft fee I was hit with.
