The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com — robertlamuel.wordpress.com is using the Free plan.
What is the address of the site you are being billed for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs on these forums, a site link is the only information I need for now.
You could also try logging in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, it should be possible to manage the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
