  about billing, can i pay for membership monthly not annually ?

  Hi there,

  There is no monthly plan here on WordPress.com. WordPress.com plans are being billed yearly and unless you opt-out they will automatically renew.
  30 days after purchasing a plan you have the option to
  request a refund.
