billing payment methods

  I tried buying labels like normal and get error RBLKLU. So I tried deleting my cards and adding new card, and now i get another error. I have tried 4 different cards that all work. Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.

  Your support page also states “it’s best to reach out to our support team by clicking the “Contact Us” link in the error message.” However, there IS NO LINK IN THE ERROR MESSAGE
