I have been paying for the pro plan and it seems like now it doesn’t exist. I no longer have access to previous features like plugins and video covers. It also says I have a free plan. Please help me get to the bottom of this.WP.com: Yes

Hi there, the Pro Plan was a legacy plan and was discontinued, but as long as the Plan was renewed, you could continue to use it.
The new plan which replaced it, is the Business Plan, which comes with more storage space (200GB vs 50GB), and 24/7 live chat and email support, and it too allows installation of plugins and themes.
