i have not utilized any of the service but i intend to use it after 4 months,my card was linked to pressable site so my my money was deducted ,i wish to get my money back as i have not utilized any of the service it was an accident and i dont have any website hosted on pressable servers.there is no direct contact of pressable so i am contacting wordpress through this mail.

That’s the best we can do for you, as this forum provides support for websites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

I just wanted to mention that there are no upgrades on your WordPress.com user account. You’ll need to be signed in to your Pressable account in order to submit a support request to them.
