billing problem

I have updated my credit card FOUR times now. I received yet ANOTHER email today saying that my renewals pending failed due to expired credit cards. I am SICK of updating the credit card every time a renewal comes up. Why in the WORLD does updating the card once not work for every upgrade? This is TRULY a pain in the ass I don’t need. HELP!

I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with this inconvenience. It does appear as if you’ve managed to make some successful financial transactions/upgrade renewals today.
Were you able to find a solution to your issue? If not, please let me know exactly what upgrades you’re trying to renew — and on which sites. I can email you a manual payment request, and I’ll see that your renewals are completed properly.

I did make the payments, but the requirement to update a credit card for EACH of a dozen renewals is not just a pain in the arse, it is a HUGE pain in the arse. Please make your website current so that when my credit card is updated, it is updated for ALL renewals. I literally had to go in and update the credit card for EACH renewal. This is the digital age. Please step into it.

I understand, and am sorry you were inconvenienced.
Our system works on an upgrade by upgrade basis. Many blogs have multi-users, with different users responsible for each upgrade, or single users who utilize many different credit cards. Because of this, each credit card account is compartmentalized and linked to a single upgrade. There isn’t a way I can adjust this for you, unfortunately.
However, I think your idea is a really good one. I think it’s definitely worth adding it to our WordPress.com Ideas Forum. It’s handy for our developers to see what would make our users’ experiences better. If you have a moment, here’s a link to that forum:
