There are no upgrades owned by the account you are currently contacting us from. Can you tell me more about what you need help with? Which site did you purchase an upgrade for?

I am not trying to upgrade. I just want to pay for the current account we had. it is regarding this transaction. Receipt ID: [redacted]
Transaction ID: [redacted] this says it is paid for and when I go into the account it says it does not exist. -

I’ve been able to find the purchase you are referring to. It is owned by a another account so I’ve sent an email to the address we have on file for the owner. I’ll follow up with you there for more information.
