  I’ve reviewed the account that you have used to contact us. There are not any charges or renewals associated with it. Can you tell me which site you’re being billed for?

  Hi, I checked the tool to find out the charges and it refers to G Suite for artzine.sg. I havent used that site for years! When I clicked view more, the Billing page (of my wordpress account) shows as no bills. Could you help check and stop the G Suite? Thanks!

  This is very odd, we have no history of recent charges under the gsuite.

  Would you please send the transaction ID, amount, and date of the charge to help (at) wordpress (dot) com ?
