billing problem

I just renewed my vp account successfully by credit card.
I also renewed my vp space of 25gb successfully by credit card.But when I tried to upgrade the amount of space from 25 gb to 50 gb using the same exact credit card I used moments before the payment was not successful.
I tired several times using 2 different credit cards.There is adequate funds in my bank account,
What is wrong?

Hi there, the transaction didn’t go through because the transaction was declined by the issuing bank.
You could either try a different card, or suggest you contact your bank or credit card company to find out why they blocked the transaction and whether they can lift the block.
