Billing problems with account transfer

Hello,
A former employee set up this website and transferred it to our company’s e-mail. We continue to update this website and be billed for it but none of the new billing transactions are showing up in our account. I assume they’re still showing up in the former employee’s account but we can’t get into that account. We need to reconcile these receipts in our expenses portal for work. I need a staff member to help with this but I can’t get private help since it says we don’t have a paid account even though we do!!! Very frustrating, please help.
