Hi there
Thanks for getting back so quickly. I need to renew my domain name by September, but when I click the link I get a message saying that I haven’t got a website, but I have.

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re trying to renew?

That’s strange – it’s https://rhymesnroses.com – I’ve paid for WordPress Premium but not used it yet and received emails to urgently renew the domain name

That belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

I still need assistance please. When I click renew on the email message I get a screen saying that I don’t have a website, but I do!

I don’t understand your point. I am ready to pay the £15 renewal fee but the link in the email that I have repeatedly been sent leads nowhere.

You are not currently logged in to the correct WordPress.com account, that is why you cannot control this.
You will need to log in to the correct WordPress.com account first, then you can control it at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

I was able to click the renewal notice today but aside from the £15 domain renewal the bill is for £171 for services that I don’t need (I paid £84 by automatic renewal for WordPress Premium in July). Can the correct bill be reissued please?
