  I have been charged for an account that’s not mine. How can my credit card be removed from someone else’s account?

  If this billing issue hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags for this forum thread. Doing so will alert a staff member that you need assistance.

  Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
