Billing Question

    My phone number is 650-868-7170 and I would like to get in contact with someone who can verify that the cancellation has been confirmed. The cancellation confirmation email directs me back to this ‘contact us’ form, and once I input my inquiry I am sent an email which again directs me back to this very form. The link I am pushing on reads ‘confirm cancellation’. The link button does not work and is sending customers in circles. Since I have no other means to contact anyone from your company, to reiterate, I am disputing unauthorized paypal charges on the grounds that my wordpress site has been closed for over 375 days and I did not authorize any charges. Please reverse charges and I would like to receive confirmation.
