Hi. I have a billing question and an account question. I need to update my credit card. Pretty simple – but the account that needs updating is not the one I am using – I don’t think. It may be linked to the account I am using. Need help sorting this two account thing out.

Just to be clear – you need to update a credit card under an account you may not have access to? But, it may be linked to the account you are connected to, you just want to make sure. If that is the case, please let me know the username of the other account in question.
I may need to privately contact you once I get the credit card information, but for now, let me know that the other account is and we can go from there.

Hi. I run the WordPress site — https://theloveletterprojects.com/ — through two WordPress accounts whose usernames are:
1) Wendy365 (associated with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff))
2) WendyKM (associated with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff))Both are Administrators of https://theloveletterprojects.com/ but I only like to log in through Wendy365. The issue is I paid for my WordPress services through WendyKM (the account I don’t like to log in through), so I don’t want to renew my service for https://theloveletterprojects.com/ through WendyKM.
What I want: (1) Set up auto-renew and billing for my site through Wendy365 (2) Stop auto-renew and billing through WendyKM.
The billing email I got from WordPress says my site is “theloveletterprojectscom.wordpress.com” and this redirects to the URL, https://theloveletterprojects.com/

Thanks for the clarification, Wendy! I can definitely transfer the upgrades from WendyKM to Wendy365. All I need from you is verification that you own WendyKM. So, if you can post in this thread under that username, I will move over the upgrades immediately for you.

Yep! Exactly! I have transferred the upgrades over to wendy365 – all you need to do is update your credit card details under that account and you should be good to to go.
