Billing question.

    Hi there,

    My name is Justin Stimpson – I logged on to my WordPress account for the first time in several years today, to begin potentially setting up a new site. When I was poking around getting re-acquainted with the platform, I found that I was billed for a second year of a premium account at $99 in 2015.

    Was that an automatic renewal? I’m very certain I had opted out of any auto-billing, because the site for which premium was used was temporary. I was not aware of the second charge ever occurring.

    Any insight you can provide into this would be great, thanks!

  • Hi @justinandceleste, you did have an auto renewal back in 2015. I don’t see a record of auto renew being disabled, and we tend to send an almost annoying amount of email about auto renewals, for what it’s worth. Sorry this one slipped by.
